and Booksigning with Frank Javier Garcia Berumen,

Frank Javier Garcia Berumen was raised in the Lincoln Heights
barrio of Los Angeles, California. He holds a dual degree in
history and education from Cal State L.A. While a student there,
he was involved with MECha, EOP, Muliticultural Pride, and the
Chicano Writer's Workshop.
